Please refer to these track maps when looking up Turn numbers/names ** Special thanks to AMG @ GTPlanet.net for the hard work put in to generate them!!! **
I manage to take P5 from the SUPRA on the inside of Turn A, and move into P4 past the Lancia at Turn B. I pass the S4 at Turn F and the SKYLINE at Turn G to move into P2, behind by 2.506" to the Prodrive. I wallride the hairpin to close the gap a little, but the Prodrive still pulls away and I'm down 1.499" at the end of the first lap.
I take the inside away from the Prodrive at Turn G of Lap 2, but having only 3 bars of Nitrous left, I do my best to rely on blocking it as we head down 7th Avenue. It squeezes by along the right just after T2, and so I wallride the hairpin again, banging into it in the process.
As I block the Prodrive along Broadway, the S4 zooms by on the left. I take the inside to the entry of Turn A to regain the lead, and hold them off through the twistys. But at T2, I'm only up by 0.254" to the Prodrive.
I block it as we go down 7th again, and after successfully doing so, the S4 passes along the left side. Trying to block it, I steer to the left and fail, and the collision sends me to the right side wall. This allows the Prodrive to pass me, and now I'm in P3 heading into the final turn!
I bash into the back of the S4, sending both of us into the wall, and the Prodrive moves past the both of us through the hairpin. Fortunately, I get a good exit angle after the collision, and lean on the Prodrive as we exit the corner. I hit the spray again, but even with it, the others make their gains as we head for the line. There isn't enough track for them to take the lead, and the three of us cross the line with less than a quarter of a second between us.
I finished the race with 19497.7 miles on the odometer.
