This has to be one of the sloppiest runs I've had so far. I know I've said how much I don't care bout dirty driving, but ugly driving is another matter...

I move into P4 from the launch, and heading into Turn B I try ot crash-turn my way into the lead. Unfortunately, I have to pass on the inside of the pack, and this gives me a bad angle to do so. I first collide with the Lancer, then the wall, and my rebound points me too much to the left. I over-correct back to the right, directly into the outside wall.

I'm back into P4 as we head uphill along Sotobori, and manage to bash my way into P2 after nudging the SKYLINE on the inside of Turn E. I'm down 1.403" to the 205, and crash-turn Turns G and H to take the lead. I'm up 1.534" at T2, and I wallride the corner at Turn L to help pad the lead.

I tried to stay off of the bottle after taking the lead at Turn G. But the 205 comes up quick along the front straight, closing the gap to 0.822" at the start of the final lap, and it passes along my right as we head for the first corner. I crash-turn it again with much better results, but the 205 is on my side and prevents me from getting a good exit angle. This pushes me wide to the right and I bump the wall, falling behind the 205 as we head up Sotobori again.

My sloppiness through that section makes it seem like there are wall magnets in my doors, as I touch each wall from Turn C to Turn E. I'm down 0.857" at T1, and manage to take the lead by bashing into the 205 at Turn G. It falls to the back of the pack, and now the Lancer is in P2. I wallride the final turn for good measure, and head for the line with a 3 second lead.

I finished the race with 19481.8 miles on the odometer.
