I pass the other Elise on the inside of the first turn, and overtake the MR2 while entering the looping right hander just past T1. I pass the Esprit on the exit, and pass the ASL through Turn J.
I'm down 1.871" at T2, but I'm too hot entering Turn L. I catch myself at the paved extension, and recover to come within 0.985" at the end of Lap 1. I sloppily make my way through the first few turns of Lap 2, but I'm still 0.734" down at T1. I finally pass for the lead while entering Turn K, and finish the race with 3 bars of Nitrous.
I ended the race with 12.6 miles on the odometer.
