I qualified P1, but I'm not sure what time I posted or the settings I used (I ran more than 40 miles). I started the practice session and race as a test run, and by the time I realized it, it was Lap 33, and I was leading by a good margin.

The GTA gets stuck in traffic until Lap 10, when it finally pulls in front of the Mini. From there, the gap starts to shrink gradually from around 6 seconds to nothing over the next 4 or 5 laps. I start crash-turning Mirabeau and wallriding the hairpin at Monte Carlo.

I maintain a lead that fluctuates between 0-2 seconds, and for the next 20 laps or so, I have to block the GTA while coming up the hill out of Ste. Devote. I'd scrub it against the walls every time it would attempt to pass, and it would fall back to around 2 seconds.

When the GTA finally pits at the end of Lap 30, I go in at the end of Lap 31 and switch to N2/N2 tires. From there, my lap times improved from the 2'14s to the 2'11s, and I gradually break away from the GTA. Towards the end of the race, I notice that there's still plenty of bottle left, and I empty it out to put the GTA down a lap!

I ended the practice session with 567 miles, and finished the race with 771 miles on the odometer.
