I haven't recorded what my non-bottle times were during the practice session, but I figured that "I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it". This one was a pure blowout, despite the 200 point haul.
I ended the practice session with 220 miles (it turns just after the start), and ended the race with 224 miles on the odometer.
