I've wrapped up the tests, and I now have my Green B License. There's a BMW M Coupe available in the Used Car II Lot, but it's $51284, way more than I have, and more than I can earn based on the rules and goals I have. This is why I'm choosing to buy and use the M3 for the BMW OMRs. I'll buy and collect the M Coupe during Week 103 instead, and continue with the A License Tests.

Across the bridge and through the tunnel at the High Speed Ring, using the FTO. I stay along the left to prepare for the first turn, and begin turn-in as the left-side curb appears. I point toward the inside curb, and start braking shortly after. I go from 91 to about 60, then I coast down to the mid-50s before getting back on the gas.
For the second turn, I stay off of the brakes and use the throttle to settle the car. I hold 63 through the turn, and make my way back to the right side of the tunnel. From there, it's a bee line to the finish, and I stay in 3rd until I cross.
