It took a couple of attempts to figure out the best way to pass this Mission. One time, I managed to do so by bump-drafting one of the "pack" SKYLINEs for 2.5 laps. But the best way to do this is to periodically allow the opponents to pass and provide as much of a draft for them when leading (I felt it necessary to move away from them as they pass, since they're idiots). This will allow the opponents to travel faster than they normally might. Another thing to mention is that It's usually better to avoid being too close behind the "pack" leader when heading into turns. They flash their brakes going in.

S: + ???
There are around 2 seconds on the clock when this Mission begins, and the leader is near the 1000 m marker, WAAAY ahead of the pack.
L1 T1: + ???
There is no gap posted when crossing the 400 m checkpoint. I believe this is because the lead car starts this Mission ahead of that point, which means there's no time against which one can compare...
L1 T2: + 0'13.751
L1 T3: + 0'08.471
I do some lifting, to allow for the opponents to catch up to me sooner, giving me more time to draft them before heading into the 2nd turn...
L1 T4: + 0'08.187
L1 F: + 0'06.491
L2 T1: + 0'06.560
L2 T2: + 0'06.623
I give about 2 tenths back, while slowing down to allow the opponents to catch up.
L2 T3: + 0'04.842
L2 T4: + 0'04.641
L2 F: + 0'03.111
L3 T1: + 0'03.124
L3 T2: + 0'03.182
L3 T3: + 0'01.609
L3 T4: + 0'01.300
It's really important to make sure that one of the opponents gets ahead early along the back straight for the final lap. Slingshotting the entry will allow for getting into the leader's draft sooner, but I do so much slower than usual (less than 170 mph). Fortunately, I'm close enough where I can still catch the leader's draft with plenty of room to spare. I finally take the lead about midway through the final turn.
F: - 0'01.867

I cross the line at 7'03.187, going 167 mph in 6th gear.
